A culinary experience
• Le Petit Nice
Gérald Passédat is the chef of one of the most mythic restaurants in Marseille. With him its the
third generation who works for the Petit Nice. It is still so riviera in a new decor which matches
perfectly with the mediterranean cookingof the chef...
A fritted sea anemone, bouillabaisse and « yeti » a desert with apples. Marvellous!!!

• Le Lunch
A small beach, the clear moon, scattered cottages, welcome in the Calanques of Sormiou.
The Lunch like a big white cube of lime, tables decorated with cloths, convivial gastronomic
service and delicious fish from the oven on your plate.

• La Villa Madie
Jean-Marc Banzo, chef of Clos de la Violette in Aix-en-Provence since more than 20 years, cooks
also for the Villa Madie since 1 year. In Aix-en-Provence he cooks more traditional like game
and provençal vegetables. Here the food is more close to the sea and so you can find the whole
mediterranean basin on your plate. Inspirations of Spain and Italy and provençal spices.
The restaurant has a heaveanly view on the sea with an idyllic terrace!
